Sends SMS to one or many destination numbers.
This command accepts any UTF-8 encoded character.
Please note the SMS may be divided on many smaller SMS (more credit is consumed).

Parameters:
- account (string): Sms account number. The parameter is required.
- contents (string): Text message. It may contain any UTF-8 character. The parameter is required. Parameter length must be between 1 and 335 characters.
- to (array): Destination numbers. The parameter is required.
- from (string): Sender name. The parameter is required. Parameter length must be between 1 and 11 characters.
